Chat with command in ubuntu server

halloo sista and brother..

when i am config in ubuntu server, i can to chat with other technician in one server to..
this the way to chat :

server $ who
root     pts/0        2013-03-13 08:22 (192.168.2.111)
antok    pts/1        2013-03-13 08:38 (192.168.2.111)

server $ mesg y


server $ write root ( if u only chat with user root only) or ( *write all* if u want to chat with all user online)
